Nick Khilling (Owner)

Nick started ABI in 2007. After previously working with a landscaping company he realized he enjoyed working outside, talking with people , and problem solving. This lead him to start his own business, and he has been on an uphill trajectory ever since. His knowledge of irrigations systems, pumps, wells, drainage solutions, etc is immense. He has close to 20 years experience in this field. Originally from the River Valley, he moved to NWA for school and never left. Nick and his wife of 16 years, Erica, have two growing boys, Cash & Jaxson.

Joshua Chelette (Operations Manager)

Josh has been with the company since 2011. He started with us on our installation crew and quickly became an asset to the company. He has been a lead man on installs, a service technician, and the office manager. We have watched Josh grow into an amazing employee! He has 13 years in the irrigation/green industry and can find a solution to any problem thrown at him. Josh is married and has three beautiful children. On his off-time Josh enjoys spending time with his family, wood working, and fishing.

andrew tabor (Sales/Project manager)

New to the company in 2024, Andrew has a long history of being in the “green industry”. He has experience in every facet of green industry work, everything from tree care to irrigation systems, landscape installs to decks and fences, and just about everything in-between. He has around 15 years of experience preforming/managing this type of work. Andrew enjoys designing outdoor spaces for clients. He has one little boy named Wade. Together they love to golf, hunt and fish, and ride mountain bikes.

Alan Jordan (Service Manager/Specialist)

AJ has been with the company since 2012. He started as a service-technician helper . AJ quickly became a big part of the team. Now, as our lead service technician, AJ is exceptional at every facet of his job. He loves to find solutions to issues when others can’t. He is our troubleshooting master! On his down time AJ likes to hike, camp, and spend time with his family.

Steve Khilling (Service/ Back-Flow Specialist)

Steve has been with us since 2017. He started as a service technician and now oversees our back-flow division. He has pursued continued education in our industry by obtaining state certifications in both back-flow testing and repairs. Steve is always making sure we are all up to date with the latest state health and water codes. On his off time he enjoys rock climbing and fly fishing.

Chris Gulledge (service Technician)

Chris has been with the company since 2020. Chris is quick learner and quickly became a very valuable employee to the company. Chris is a joy to be around; he makes everyone laugh that he comes in contact with. There is always something to be said for a positive attitude. Chris has one son. Chris likes to spend his down time floating the river, fishing, and anything outdoors.

Ramon Martinez (Installation Specialist)

Ramon has been with the company since 2012. He and his crew are extremely talented and unstoppable when it comes to installing irrigation and drainage systems. He prides himself on his workmanship and job organization. On his down time Ramon plays in an indoor soccer league. He’s proud to say his team has made it to the finals the last three years in a row.
